We were able to acquire CHROME from Triple-A Herefords, whose cattle have always appealed to us from the standpoint of mass, body dimension and shape. CHROME is a big-topped, stout hipped, wide based yearling that also combines exceptional structure into a short-marked, high-quality phenotype. His calving ease and birth weight will be put to use on an excellent set of yearling heifers.
0248 was purchased from Sirett Family Stock Farm and raised by Colyer Herefords. 0248 offers a truly unique phenotype relative to many Canadian cattle. 0248 is exceptionally stout from all angles with a huge top, upper hip and stifle. 0248 is moderate framed with substantial chest width and body dimension. What is truly impressive considering the power he possesses is 0248’s ability to remain flexible and agile on the move. His performance, maternal calving ease and ribeye predictors will be assets to our herd.
